I will use Suggestion and Relaxation Therapy in the form of a personalised “script” to enable you to take control and break the habit strengthen your feelings towards stopping and for the rewards you will receive when you stop.
This, plus the MP3 I give you to use in between treatments, will enable you to no longer focus on the habit and look to a positive habit free future.
Generally, habit breaking requires 1-3 sessions and each session costs £60.
